How does the delivery process work?

Return and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Infinite Herbal Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Refund will only be processed if the damaged or wrong item delivered is in unused condition.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis.

Once your return/refund has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Order

Once your placed order is processed by our system, your product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. We pack your product using the best quality packaging materials and hand over your product along with an invoice, to our trusted logistic partner.

Our logistic partner will deliver your product at the earliest possible time. Our courier partner will reach you on the provided contact number before delivering the product.

No of times they will attempt delivery ?

In case of non-delivery because of your non-availability at the shipping address or non-suitable time, our courier partner will reach you on the mentioned contact number. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after 3 (three) failed attempts to deliver the product at the mentioned shipping address, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is carefully packed in bubble wrap with an additional layer of plastic wrap. We then package our products in cardboard boxes.

What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping.

You may check if we deliver to your shipping address and the expected delivery time by entering your pin code on our product page on our website or by entering your shipping details on the Checkout page on our website.

How Can I Track my Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse:

For a Non registered customer: Once your order is placed with us and processed from our warehouse. You shall receive a confirmation email on the email address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, with details such as tracking number and the courier partner handling the delivery.

For a Registered Customer: You can track your order by logging in to “My Account” – “Your Orders” section of our website by using the username and password created at the time of registration.

Delivery Time

Depending on your shipping address, an estimated time of delivery would be shared with you. As we maintain inventory of all products that we sell on our website, you can rest assured that the product will be dispatched within 1-2working days of you placing your order with us. We care for your healthand we aspire to get your product delivered within 7working days of you placing your order with us , to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your order but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. Please note that IHS will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible but IHS is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partner.
